Authors interested in poster and oral presentations are invited to submit the template and precise
the intended type of the participation. The scientific committee will decide on the suitability with the chosen category.
The deadline for abstract submission is 30 March 2024.
- Abstracts must be in English, in Word Doc format, Should not exceed 300 words.
- Abstracts will be reviewed by committee and selected for oral/poster presentation on the basis of merit. The summit organizing committee reserves the right to select papers and posters for presentation.
- The acceptance and mode of presentation will be intimated to authors via E-mail.
- Please read the submission requirements carefully as submissions will not be changed later. Where possible abstracts will be published as received and the organizers reserve the right to make changes for editing purposes. It is the responsibility of the main author to ensure that submitted abstracts have been edited before submission to minimize errors in the program.
- The committee reserves the right to decide on the definitive topic after abstract selection.
- You can participate and attend all the presentation sessions only, neither making oral or poster presentation.
- The flash poster is only for PhD students, send a 1-slide pdf file. The presentation will be assured at the end of each session.
- Everyone is welcome to expose a poster.
- Periodically give to those viewing your poster during coffee.
- The best oral and poster presentations will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.
